- Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during return shipping.
Refund Process:

- Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us to initiate the exchange process.
- Exchanges are subject to availability and may require additional shipping fees.
Damaged or Defective Items:

Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as "final sale," including but not limited to custom orders, are not eligible for return or refund.
